YQL series gas and oil-fired thermal fluid heater adopts 3-trips round coil tube structure. The coil tube end adopts beam port to effectively protect the furnace all at boiler end, is equipped with advanced combustion device, and with fully automatic operation. After furl ignition from burner, it forms a flame full fill into the round furnace tube, and through the furnace tube wall, the heat is transferred by radiation, which is the first pass. The high temperature flue gas after combustion gathers at rear furnace door and then turns into the second trip, which is convection tube area.
After convection heat exchange, the flue gas temperature is going lower and comes to front furnace door, and from here it turns into the third trip ether into the tube bundle area, then through economizer its emitted into atmosphere through chimney.
Feature
1. Heater is wholly assembled and delivery, it is easy for installation, commission and operating.
2. External side adopts good insulation material, outside use stainless steel plate, which can mostly reduce heat lost, make working environment better.
3. Before delivery, the residue moisture is removed completely, so the system draining period is reduced to 2 days from 12 days.
4. The inner coil pipe has bigger flow amount, so it is more stable under high temperature operation.
5. The laying-off of steel tube adopts CNC 3D laser cutting machine.
6. The manufacture of serpentuator adopts serpentuator automatic production line, once-forming.
