When using steam boiler or hot water boiler, there may be many problems. In order to avoid these problems, ZOZEN summarized some important notices for boiler users.
(1) Make no careful inspection of the internal and external parts before ignition;
Effect: Easy to hide potential danger to lead to an accident.
(2) Unclear whether the pipe is clear, unclear that the condition of the valves and switch.
Effect: Feeding water to the boiler becomes difficult or suspended.
(3) High speed to feed water and excessive high water level.
Effect: High speed to feed water will give uneven heat to the boiler and lead to thermal stress.
Excessive high water level makes it easy to have accident.
(1) Not starting the fan before ignition and move the chain grate too fast when igniting the boiler.
Effect: Not starting the fan before ignition does not lead to negative pressure in the furnace and may lead to a burst of the combustible gas.
Fast move of the chain grate gives insufficient time to ignite the coal and influence the new coal to catch fire.
(1) The pressure in the boiler raise too fast.
Effect: some parts of the boiler get the uneven pressure and cause the focus of the thermal stress.
(2) Pressure and water level become abnormal.
Effect: it may influence the judgment of the stoker and cause an accident
(1) No washing the water level gauge in running the boiler.
Effect: it may cause the jam of the gauge and influence the judgment of the stoker.
(2) Blow down not promptly in running the boiler.
Effect:
1. The suspended matter in the internal surface can not be discharged.
2. The salt quantity in the boiler water is increasing even exceeds standard.
3. Sludge and dirt deposited in the drum and the bottom of the header can not discharged.
4. The extra water can not be discharged in time when water level is too high.
5. Improper operation in stopping the boiler
Do insufficient preparation before the boiler stops and do improper operation when stopping the boiler.
