The coal-fired boiler is mainly grate firing boiler. For small water-tube hot-water boilers, it may lead to the water temperature at the outlet of the riser exceeding the limit or overheating boiling or even vaporization. For shell-and-tube boilers, the rising flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet will make the working conditions of the tube plate worse, thus causing cracks and leakage of the tube plate.
The second technical problem is the combustion system:
Gas supply system: the gas supply pipeline is connected through a shut-off valve, and there are filters, voltage regulators, electromagnetic valves, leak detection devices and ignition electromagnetic valve, etc. In order to prevent the influence of low or high gas pressure on ignition and combustion safety, high and low gas pressure protection devices and pressure gauges should also be installed on the pipeline.
Burner system and ignition system: Burner is the central link of the whole combustion system. The air and gas supply is in front, and the boiler exhaust is behind, so the thermal power, adjustment range, flame shape and temperature distribution of the burner should be adapted to the boiler.
