8 tph steam boiler project for hospital industry

West China Hospital of Sichuan University, established in 1892, has developed into a national center for the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill critical diseases in western China.Facing the strategic goals of "2030 Healthy China" and the growing demand for medical services from the people, West China Hospital of Sichuan University was urgent to introduce a branch of environmentally friendly boilers that use natural gas as fuel, and publicly called for technical proposals from various boiler manufacturers. After fierce competition and bidding, ZOZEN stood out with its stable operation and high efficiency, and reached a cooperation with West China Hospital to customize a complete boiler system solution.

In the end, West China Hospital purchased 4 sets of WNS series gas-fired steam boilers. This series of boilers has the characteristics of fully automatic and safe operation. The combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure can be automatically adjusted and protected. The full-corrugated furnace combined with large space furnace and low NOx burner can reduce the production of NOx emissions as well as improving the thermal efficiency as high as 98%, providing sufficient high-quality steam for the daily operation of West China Hospital.
