20 ton SZL Series Coal-fired Steam Boiler Project

Wandashan Dairy is equipped with 65 modern production lines, which can produce nearly 200 varieties of milk powder, liquid milk, beverages, soybean products, rice and wheat products. The preheating, sterilization and cooling of fresh milk processing in dairy industry need a lot of steam. In view of the fact that ZOZEN boilers have penetrated into all walks of life, in order to improve the applicability of boilers to coal, ZOZEN has designed adiabatic furnace, water-cooled furnace, adiabatic arch, water-cooled arch and other structures respectively. Then according to the calorific value, volatile matter and coking characteristic index of different burning coal, different furnace structures are selected to meet the requirements of different coal types.

It is precisely the few boilers in the boiler enterprise that hold the A-class boiler manufacturing license. Wandashan Dairy Company is purchasing two 20-ton SZL coal-fired steam boilers (SZL20-1.6-AII) in ZOZEN. According to the different coal quality and tonnage of Wandashan Dairy, ZOZEN has reasonably set up independent air warehouses for Wandashan Dairy Industry to ensure that coal is fully burned out. Now the annual processing capacity of Wandashan Dairy Industry has reached 1 million tons.

ZOZEN is considering a comprehensive way, combining with the position of the workshop on the general plane, effectively utilizing the workshop area and space, and reasonably installing and arranging boiler facilities to serve the fresh milk processing production line.
